Based on their performance last year at the Kiwanis Jazz Festival, Jazz Band ‘A’ received an invitation to MusicFest Canada, the national music competition that draws groups from all around the country. While we would love to play and represent Point Grey at MusicFest this year, the entry fee of $1700 is beyond what we can manage. If there is a company, group or individual who would like to sponsor us, we would be very happy to wear your logo on our shirts and advertise for you at our concerts and events, in addition to supplying a tax receipt.
