Student information sheets (this is the sheet given out earlier this week that requests contact information, etc for each student) need to be in by MONDAY at the latest. If you did not receive one of these forms, please see one of the music teachers, or click here to download it.
Also, any students who needed to turn PR cards in need to bring in a photocopy of these asap as well.
