Spring is always a busy time in the Point Grey Music Department. Here are just some of the events we are looking forward to:
This weekend, the Chamber Choir is off to Loon Lake for their annual retreat.
On April 13, very soon after spring break, Symphonic Band, Chamber Choir, Concert Choir, and Jazz A are travelling to Edmonton to participate in the Cantando Music Festival. On May 3, the 9/10 Concert Band and 9/10 Choir travel to Victoria for a performance tour and clinics at the University of Victoria. Stay tuned for the soon to be released official itineraries for both trips.
May 11 is our annual night of jazz. Some of our senior students have been busy planning the evening. We look forward to seeing current students, parents, and alumni.
